The birth of Kylie Jenner’s daughter Stormi Webster was obviously a family affair.

The 25-year-old cosmetics entrepreneur and reality star went into serious detail about the birth of her eldest child while appearing on an episode of The Late Late Show with James Corden Friday. While chatting with Corden, Jenner explained that it was actually her mother, Kris Jenner, who in 2018 completed the delivery of Stormi, now 4, who she shares with rapper Travis Scott.

“She gave birth to my first child,” Jenner told Corden about her mom. “I fully expelled my baby from the vagina.”

“Yes,” Jenner, sitting next to her daughter, confirmed with a laugh. “I gave away Stormi! I had scrubs, I had gloves, I had scrubs, I got spayed and I got that baby out of my child!”

“She was amazing,” Jenner added of her delivery room assistant. “She’s really great. She’s calm, she’s got six kids. And yeah, I wouldn’t want to have anyone else around me.”

In February, Jenner welcomed a baby boy, her second child with Scott. However, Kris took on a different role for that delivery, the duo told Corden.

“He was the videographer the second time,” he explained.

Jenner also opened up about the changes that led to her son’s name. While she and Scott originally named their son Wolf, they later decided to change it. But when Corden asked if they had made the switch, Jenner said nothing has been confirmed.

“We haven’t officially, legally changed the name,” Jenner said. “His name is still Wolf. Passport Wolf. But that’s not going to be his name. We’re just waiting and simmering. We’re not calling him Wolf.”

“What do you call him? Corden asked, to which Jenner replied, “You know… We’re just not ready to share yet.” However, he clarified that it is not an animal name.

The announcement that Jenner and Scott had chosen to change their son’s name came two months after Jenner’s birth.

“FYI our son’s name is no longer Wolf,” Jenner wrote on Instagram of the story. “We just didn’t feel like it was him. I just wanted to share because I keep seeing Wolf everywhere.”

Despite her joy, Jenner also opened up about the realities of postpartum life this time around, citing the “pressure” to get back to her pre-baby body in a March video on her Instagram Story.

“I just want to say to all my postpartum moms out there, postpartum wasn’t easy. It wasn’t easy, it’s very hard,” she explained. “This experience for me personally was a little more difficult than it was with my daughter. It’s not easy mentally, physically, spiritually.”

Jenner shared that she was proud of herself for making it to her workout that day, which had already helped her feel better.

“I just remind myself that I made a whole person,” Jenner explained. “A beautiful healthy boy. And we need to stop putting pressure on ourselves to bounce back, not even physically, just mentally, after the birth. So, yeah, just sending some love.”

Back in 2021, Jenner said in an interview with Tmrw Magazine that “becoming a mom was the biggest change for me.”

“I have grown so much as a person and continue to grow every day. I love learning and trying to be the best person I can be.” The Kardashians star shared. “It was such a tough year, but the silver lining was that I had a lot more time to spend with my family.”
