Kim Kardashian Joins Ashton Kutcher For Peloton Workout: ‘What’s Happening Right Now?’

Kim Kardashian and Ashton Kutcher are workout buddies!

The Kardashians The star, 41, is a guest on an episode of Kutcher’s new running series Peloton, “Our Future Selves.”

In a teaser shared on Instagram by Peloton vice president and head trainer Robin Arzón, Kutcher, 44, is in awe of Kardashian joining him.

“Excitement level? I’m at 11 today,” he says in the video. “My friend Kim is here. I’m really excited to have a chat with her.”

Kutcher then jokes with the SKIMS co-founder, “You showed up. You don’t even run,” and Kardashian admits, “I don’t.”

Arzón was also on hand to guide the two stars in their training. “I love Kim K,” he says in the clip, adding that the star “disintegrates and shatters the idea that one has to stay in one’s own lane.”

An impressed Kutcher later greets Kardashian during their run, telling the reality star, “You’re literally running a 7-mile pace. What’s going on right now?”

Kardashian, also touched by the moment, responds, “I think that’s what I’m missing in my workout. So it was encouraging and a little bit life-changing for how I’m going to go about my routine.”

“DISCOVER YOUR WHY. 🔥 That’s what this series with @aplusk is all about,” Arzón wrote in the energetic social media video. “I’ve said it many times, but to say it again – motivation is BS. Once you discover and lean into your WHY, what drives you to hustle, then your confidence and desire to show up and do the hard work every day , they become much easier.”

Arzón added that the episode is for those, like Kardashian, who don’t consider themselves runners.

“She absolutely crushes it and flips the script on this self-told story. If you’re willing to show up and put in the work, you can do anything,” she wrote.

Peloton announced its new series starring Kutcher via Instagram earlier this week. New episodes will premiere every Tuesday until the upcoming TCS NYC Marathon on November 6.

Kutcher is training for the marathon himself and recently shared that he lost 12 pounds while training.

“The biggest change physically was the transfer of muscle mass from the upper body to the lower body. I’ve lost about 12 kilos,” he said. Entertainment Tonightadding that “my wife [Mila Kunis] was extremely supportive.”

Kutcher said that committing to the process taught him that “surrounding myself with a support system makes the hard things a lot easier. Setting a pace that you can maintain is not the same thing as working as hard as you can.” harder you can”.

“My main ‘why’ comes down to leaving life better than what I was given. My daily motivation is my kids and my family,” said Kuther ET.

The star is also running the marathon to raise money and awareness for the Thorn organization, which works to build technology to protect children from sexual abuse and remove child sexual abuse material from the internet.

Kardashian and Arzón’s “Our Future Selves” episode premieres on Peloton Tread and the app Tuesday at 9 p.m. ET.
