The defendants were arraigned in Allen County Court

Aug. 23 — LIMA — The following individuals have pleaded not guilty in Allen County Common Pleas Court to charges returned against them by a recent grand jury.

Benjamin Hardy, 40, homeless, was arraigned on one count of vandalizing a police cruiser, a fifth-degree felony. A reduction requested by Hardy to his $100,000 bond was denied by Judge Jeffrey Reed.

David Wicker, 60, of Lima, was indicted on 10 counts of unlawful use of nudity by a minor, fifth-degree felonies, and two counts of sexual orientation harassment of a minor or disabled person, fourth-degree felonies.

Angela Justus, 44, of Lima, was charged with attempted falsification of information, a fourth-degree felony.

Cassander Lynch, 37, of Lima, was charged with one count of burglary, a first-degree felony. The judge denied a reduction in her bond of $25,000.

Jada Hibbard, 21, of Lima, was charged with tampering with evidence and carrying a weapon, third- and fourth-degree felonies, respectively.

Jarad Adkins, 30, of Delphi, was charged with assault on a police officer, a fourth-degree felony. harassment with a physical substance, a fifth-degree felony. and misdemeanor assault.

Lydia Johnson, 28, of Lima, was indicted on six counts of possession of drugs, with specifications for forfeiture of firearms and money, all fifth-degree felonies. and one count of tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony.

Corey Briggs, 37, of Fort Jennings, was charged with possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a fourth-degree felony.

Clarence Perkins, 19, of Lima, is charged with carrying a weapon, a fourth-degree felony. possession of weapons while under disability, a third-degree felony; and tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony.

Hillary Weis, 30, of Lima, is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, a fifth-degree felony.

Luke Vanatta, 34, of Lima, is charged with robbery, a third-degree felony.

Leonard Hutchins, 36, of Lima, is charged with possession of weapons under disability and unlawful possession of a firearm in a licensed liquor premises, both third-degree felonies.

James Marion Jr., 39, of Lima, charged with felony assault, with a firearm specification, a second-degree felony. possession of weapons while under disability, a third-degree felony; tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony; and escape, a second-degree felony.

Craig Stauffer, 54, of Harrod, charged with kidnapping, a first-degree felony. felonious assault, a second-degree felony; and domestic violence, a fourth-degree felony.

Preston Ries, 29, of Cridersville, is charged with burglary, with a firearm specification, a first-degree felony. felonious assault with a firearm, a second-degree felony; kidnapping with a firearm, a third-degree felony; and possession of weapons while under disability, a third-degree felony.

Jason Clapper, 30, of Lima, is charged with possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a first-degree felony with a drug money forfeiture provision.

Caine Compton, 18, of Lima, is charged with domestic violence, a fifth-degree felony.

Brent Sidle, 37, of Lima, is charged with burglary, a third-degree felony.

Christopher Howard, 34, of Lima, is charged with failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer, a third-degree felony.

Justin Diltz, 67, of Van Wert, is charged with possession of a fentanyl-related compound.

Jerry Hughes Jr., 30, of Lima, is charged with possession of a fentanyl-related compound and aggravated drug possession, fifth-degree felonies.

Denise Dildy, 55, of Lima, is charged with one count of theft, a fifth-degree felony.

Marquez Townsend, 20, of Lima, is charged with carrying a firearm and improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle, each a fourth-degree felony.

Travis Jarvis, 28, of Lima, is charged with possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a fifth-degree felony.

Lemarquis Washington, 21, of Lima, is charged with two fifth-degree felonies of improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle.
